Description of construction

 

The helicopter is made of single-rotor with tail rotor. Helicopter cabin provides free placement of the two crew members. Cabin width at shoulder height is 1200 mm. Helicopter cabin is equipped with heating and ventilation blowing glass.

The helicopter is mounted piston engine with liquid cooling EJ-25, who works on automobile gasoline with an octane rating of at least 95.

The flight-navigation equipment of the helicopter allows to operate in normal weather conditions during the day on visual flight rules in the temperature range from -18 to +35 C.

The minimum dimensions of runways and biases: the size of the working area of ??the site - 7m x 8m, the size of the landing site during landing outside the zone of influence of the air bag - 10 m by 10 m (height of obstacles within a radius of 50m from the ground up to 10 m) , the maximum allowable slope areas: longitudinal ± 5 º, lateral ± 3 º.

Periodic maintenance forms of helicopter AK 1-3 are carried out every 50, 100, 500, 1,000 and 1,500 hours of flying a helicopter. Estimated resource use helicopters to overhaul 2,000 hours.

Guaranteed resource units - 100 hours over 12 months.

Spray system

The advantages of air treatment.

Aircraft treatment, compared to the tractor may cost cheaper due to high productivity.

At air-treatment is not necessary to provide passageways for machines with the spray system, processing can be performed at any state of the soil, which is very important in rainy years when the soil is sodden. And for the processing of forest and plantations in complex terrain can only aircraft treatment.

Using a helicopter allows the processing sites of curved paths, and air twist, which is formed by working the screw, to cover the drops of spray hard surface (reverse side of a leaf or stem of the plant under the leaves).

AO-1 can be mounted on a helicopter AK1-3 for 4-6 hours. Hydraulic pump drive system is the internal combustion engine fueled by gasoline is used (the same as for a helicopter) with a mixture of oil for two stroke engines.

Productivity of AO-1 depends on the speed of flight, width, and a complete set of injector nozzles.

For example: if you use different sizes of nozzles flow rate can range from 7.68 liters per minute to 39 liters per minute.
