MAINTENANCE SERVICE (MS) OF HELICOPTERS AK1-3

Efficiency of operation of helicopters AK1-3 in many respects depends on their.

JSC «CB Aerocopter» will be certificated on maintenance service (MS) of helicopters AK1-3 on the basis of the corresponding Rules of the maintenance service which determine volume and periodicity of MS. Duly and qualitative performance of MS provides maintenance of the set level of reliability and readiness of helicopters for flights.

For operation of helicopter AK1-3 it is necessary to conclude the Contract on  MS of the helicopter with the organization which has the Certificate given by STATE ADMINISTRATION OF UKRAINE FOR AVIATION SAFETY
OVERSIGHT, on carrying out of MS of helicopters.

JSC «CB Aerocopter» has the necessary material base, a trained and certificated personnel who are capable to carry out MS of a glider and of the engine, MS of the aviation and radio-electronic equipment, i.e., helicopter AK1-3 as a whole.

Also JSC «CB Aerocopter» delivers any spare parts to these helicopters, including technical first-aid sets for maintenance service of the helicopter outside of base under individual orders.

MS of helicopters AK1-3 is subdivided into the following kinds:

Operative maintenance service is a line of a spadework, surveys and checks of a technical condition of the helicopter, providing serviceability, readiness and use of an aircraft and is carried out before a start and after landing of the helicopter.

Periodic maintenance service of an aircraft is carried out after operating time defined by the in-line documentation and engineering specifications (it is 50±5 hours) or intervals of time (calendar service life) according to the list of works and their periodicity (according to the Rules of maintenance service). In frame of each 100 hours of operation it is carried out periodic MS of great volume, in frame 500 hours even great volume.

Repair - regenerative works is a complex of actions and works on restoration of a between-repairs resource, calendar life time, efficiency and intactness of the helicopter, are carried out exclusively in the performance of repair - regenerative works SERVICE CENTER (JSC «CB Aerocopter»).
